It's a new month and it's my birthday month! Welcome November. For this months Products Spotlight I have chose a theme again, Christmas! I have so many fabulous Christmassy products that I need to share them all with you. The picture shows a few of those I will be sharing.
As it is my birthday month, I thought I would do a little giveaway! Each week, I will randomly choose one on you who has commented on my social media (Facebook, Instagram or YouTube) and I will send you one of my cards from that week.
How adorable is this little mouse, from the A Little Christmas Suite? The suite is so cute, with fun little characters, traditional colours and patterns. Definitley a winner with the young at heart! I created this card at 'Card & Cuppa' event held online by , where I used the same layout and products for the background but switched out my images for the Christmas Mice. The sentiment is hot foiled using the Magical Christmas Hot Foil Dies.

Here is a sneak peek of the Cottage Keepsakes Scrapbooking Workshop Kit, which will be available November 3rd as part of the November Online Exclusives. This kit is adorable and has a real country feel with beautiful floral designs. If you are a scrapbook newbie or a long time creator, this kit is suitable for all.
Once the 6 pages are completed, as illistrated, there is plenty leftover to create extra pages, cards or other papercrafts, just by adding supplies from your own crafty stash.

Whether it takes me 45 minutes or 10 minutes to create a card, the joy I get is the same! I love to go all out with multiple layers, textures and techniques, but sometimes a quick and easy card is just whats called for.
My first card has lots going on and took me 45 minutes to recreate on my latest Facebook Live, whilst my second was a quick 10 minutes card that used a card sketch, DSP and stickers.

👻 It’s time for the Crafty Collaborations weekly monochromatic Insta hop.
Each week we will have a different colour to use and are able to add neutral tones. We can use any current products and create whatever our heart desire!

This weeks colour is Pool Party - Cool, Fresh & Tranquil! 👻

This month I am sharing projects with a Halloween theme and have picked a variety of products from the July Online Exclusives. My card uses the Oh My Fright and Web Of Fun Bundles. Pool Party is not a colour that jumps to mind when creating Halloween cards and that is one of the reasons I love mixing this hop with my chosen monthly theme/product spotlight. It stretches my creativity and shows different ways in which colour can be used.

A simple tone on tone stamped background gives added interest, whilst not distracting from the main panel. I used the dark side of Two-Tone cardstock for my panel, but felt it wasn't a big enough contrast, so added a layer of Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blend around the edges. Simple stamping, colouring with Stampin' Blends, and a light splatter gives a perfect base for a fussy cut sentiment. The bow is created using a ribbon cut in half legth ways and frayed. Then tied, including the frayed strands.

One layout, two cards!
Both these cards use the same layout but look quite different. I have used the Oh My Fright and Web Of Fun bundles for both cards, but which do you prefer?
