Who’s waiting on the release of our SR Plant Hire Mobile Lighting Towers? Good news they will be available to purchase on our website from 6pm tomorrow 😎(Friday 14th August)

As you know we been working behind the scenes on an exciting new product for your layouts and dioramas – our SR Plant Hire Mobile Lighting Tower in 1:76 Scale/OO gauge.

The model comes exactly as you see it, fully assembled and ready to place straight onto your layout or diorama. Each lighting tower is supplied with a 3V battery, allowing you to position and move it around with ease, with no wiring required. For those who prefer a permanent installation, you can easily make a small drill hole to connect the model ready for direct connection to a power source, giving you the best of both worlds.

Due to the time to make the models we only have a small batch of around 30 ready for the release tomorrow! It will be a month or so before we will be able to release another batch as most of you know we are a very small family business with only John Snr & John Jnr working full time on all our products and services.

So if you miss one from this batch don’t panic we will release another batch as soon as we possibly can.

So construction of the new light towers is still going strong, I’m up to around 19 built so far and I hope to get another 5 done later today, I am trying to make sure that we have a good few in stock before we release them to avoid anyone being disappointed.
The approx running time out a set of batteries is around 16 hours but we will put in another set free of charge, also if you decide you can hard wire them in so they have a permanent feed the smds used can be ran between 3v and 9v .
