Hela is the fur baby of our bookshop goblin Kelly. If you can donate or share with your network it would be greatly appreciated 🫶🏻

🐾 Please Help Hela Run Again 🖤
Our beautiful Hela has torn the cruciate ligament in her only remaining back leg and desperately needs specialist surgery to give her the chance to run, play and enjoy life again.

After everything this incredible girl has already overcome, we’re determined to keep fighting for her - but we need some help as her insurance only covers part of the costs. So we have set up a GoFundMe page to hopefully cover the remaining costs of the surgery.

Donate to Hela’s GoFundMe here:
https://gofund.me/ba770001d

Every donation, no matter how small, will bring Hela one step closer to the surgery she needs. If you can’t donate, please share her story - it could make all the difference.

🐾 Please help us get our beautiful girl back on her paws. 🖤

Monday Craft Club - Kintsugi.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of fixing broken pottery with special tree sap mixed with gold. Instead of hiding the cracks, they become a feature. It encourages us to value our history and find beauty in imperfection.

You all seem very excited for this session as it is sold out 🎉

We look forward to seeing you later and seeing your beautiful makes!
If you would like to book onto a future craft club you can do so by using the link in comments or vi searching Monday Craft Club on Eventbrite.

✨Bookseller recommendations - Feet Of Clay by Terry Pratchett✨

"The story itself is excellent, murder, poisoning and Victorian style police work in city of Ank Morpork. It has trolls, golems and whatever Nobby Nobs is. However the reason I love this book is because of one character, Cheery Littlebottom a dwarf who challenges the gender norms of their species. The way she is written is beautiful and really speaks to the transgender community on our round world. The acceptance of everyone around her is how our world should be."

If you would like to give Feet Of Clay a read you can order it online, link in comments.
