Stitch & Yarn Stitch & Yarn is more than a shop, we're the creative heart of Kirkintilloch. I Sew 2 is more than a fabric, yarn and haberdashery shop. It is something unique.

The latest exhibition at the Auld Kirk Museum in Kirkintilloch is 'Shades of Blue' by textile and natural dye artist Elisabeth Viguie-Culshaw.

It explores her journey with indigo, an ancient natural dye which produces beautiful and colour fast blues.

The exhibition features samples, dyed yarn, plants and artwork, plus a collaborative piece featuring 100 indigo dyed skeins from dyers around the world.

The exhibition continues until 29 October 2026. The museum is open Tuesdays to Saturdays 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
