Costies CLOSED, Saturday the 29th of August! (tomorrow)

After a long hard summer, working on making sure the worshop is in tip top shape for yous to enjoy our knitwear.
Annie has decided to shut the shop for one Saturday to treat the team to a day out. (yipeee!)

Our jumper corner is looking very cosey in the sunlight the past week.

St Magnus Way with its burgandys contrasting with the Sunset stripey's which brighten up the rail, even the red cable knit popping in to show off its colour!

TJF Pottery!

A new supplier to Costies Workshop, is Thomas & his pottery. Inspired by Neolithic & Bronze aged patterns. Thomas uses these designs to decorate his, mugs, plates & bowls.

These are special to Orkney as Thomas makes his pottery straight across from our workshop in town as a one man team, so he's never to far away to get the mugs you need for your next cuppa.

Even in a set of two both of your mugs etc. will be unique to each other with the best of handmade touches.

These are available to purchase from Costies, but watch the website as they'll make their appearance on there soon, for everyone outwith Orkney to enjoy Thomas's Pottery too!
