Collect clothes to be transformed into a gorgeous memory keepsake. The number of items required depends on the keepsake of your choice. Any items not needed for the keepsake will be returned in the condition I receive them.

e requested via message too. Let me know how I can get the most out of your keepsake. It will normally take around 4 weeks for me to create your individual piece however if there is a particular date that you require your order by I can try my hardest to accommodate this. Additionally if there is one extra special item of clothing you wish to include I can ensure this is a main feature of your keepsake. This is also when I will let you know the address to send items to.
3. Arrange postage/collection/drop-off of the items to my address. I advise people to send packages recorded or signed-for delivery to ensure that your special clothing will arrive safely. I will send a message to let you know I have received your parcel. I will at this point request an email address to send an invoice. When this has been settled...
3. The rest is all me and the transformation begins!This is the part where I start the hard work creating your individual, adorable piece (how exciting)! As mentioned previously expect your keepsake to take around 4 weeks to be made from the time I have your clothing to the moment you are reunited. This may be longer during busier periods of business (eg Christmas).
4. Your order makes the journey back home! I send all orders via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If you live locally (in Kirkwall, Orkney) I’m more than happy to arrange a delivery or pick up. Delivery price started from £4.80 for Royal Mail first class signed-for service and is not included in the price for each keepsake. I will also let you know when I have finished your keepsake(s) and when they are on the way to you. Any other queries please do not hesitate to message me.
