“I’d never used Urban before so was a little nervous. Went to see their workshop and liked that it was not a showroom but a “real” business. Gave us real sense of care as the guys that dealt with the “selling bit” also oversaw the installation along with a great bunch of install guys (very efficient and good natured). Feels like a family firm rather than an anonymous company looking to “up sell” at every opportunity...even doing a few extra bits for free (like supplying an additional lock and handle that I had forgotten to ask for). Very happy to act as a reference if anyone wants to visit.”
