** UPDATE** paper making is fully booked

We are running workshops in An Crùbh on Wednesday 21st 🥳

We are doing a collage session in the morning and then a paper making session in the afternoon. You don’t have to sign up to both but you can if you want. Spaces are limited so please get in touch as soon as you can to guarantee your place!

All materials are provided and we look forward to seeing you there 🎨 📄

‘Medieval’ is running in The Old Bakehouse Gallery until the 11th October! We are open 11am-6pm

The exhibition shows a wide range of creators, both local and from further afield. There is something for everyone with work ranging from illumination prints, photography, lino prints and jewellery to stained glass, metal work, willow weaving, ceramics and even some tussie mussies Nicola Macbride, Isle of Skye ! We also have to thank AshWood | Archaeology Candles for the middles ages inspired diffuser. The gallery smells so good!

We are so proud of this show. It was so fun to organise and put together. We are so grateful to all the artists that sent us work and were happy to be included. Thank you for taking part! There’s only a couple of days left to see the show so make sure you don’t miss it!

Available at Create! Pick up your free copy in the gallery. We went through a lot of them during the Lochalsh Art Fair but there are still some left!

It’s an amazing publication by Sona and ATLAS Arts and it’s well worth a read! You can also pick up copies in the Kyle pharmacy as well as all over Skye! 🗞️

⚔️ 🏰 ‘Medieval’ 🏰 ⚔️

An exhibition in The Old Bakehouse Galley at Create, 2nd-11th October!

We are so excited to be hosting and curating this show alongside our friend 𝕶𝖆𝖙 𝖂𝖑𝖔𝖉𝖆𝖗𝖈𝖟𝖞𝖐 🖤

The exhibition includes 20+ artists and makers who are all contributing their work along the medieval/celtic folklore and mythology theme. We are also decorating the gallery to help create an immersive environment and we cannot wait for this to all come together. This is such an exciting theme and the people contributing work to this show are all incredible! Mark your calendars… See you there…
