What a night filled with loads of cake love, excitement and immense talent. We didn’t take home the award but was such a moment being nominated for the final. Thank you so much to all our amazing students who voted for us! It’s been a hell of a rollercoaster!! We love you ❤️ So Congratulations to all!
It was a wonderful evening. Many thanks to Kelly Jayne for organising such a fabulous event. The setting was perfect! Suzy and I also had the honour of accepting award. We had a ball and would like to say congrats to our Bonnie Scottish Pirate. 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 You are incredible and deserve this award so much.
Catching up with our industry pals is just a wonderful highlight. Looking forward to our next soirée!!

/ / XMAS BAKE ALONG - 13/14th Dec £35/ /
Join the Xmas Bake-Along with the Esper Lane girls on the 13th and 14th of Dec.

Last year's bake-along was so much fun, and we packed so much into it in one day. We decided to make it better by extending the live lessons for an extra day, woo hoo!

Here is what we are baking…

🎄 A sticky Gingerbread Cake with Spiced Chai Bailey’s Ganache and a Fiori Di Sicilia Mascarpone Cream Cheese filling.
🎄 A rich, moist Chocolate Rocher Bundt Cake with thick Salted Caramel, Hazelnut Brulee Praline and a Rocher-glazed Ganache with crushed Wafer biscuits.
🎄 Spiced Chocolate and Plum combo, or Chocolate, Raspberry and Chambord-filled Madaline Christmas tree or wreath table centrepiece.
