My handcrafted items are carefully & lovingly made to order and each item is unique and no two items will be the same. I also have a range of hand selected gifts available. If you like my work but can't quite see what you are after, please do not hesitate to message me I will do my best to help. I regularly make custom items, so please feel free to contact me with your specific requirements.

Placing Orders & Payment: Orders can be requested through the pages messaging option, where I will get back to you with the item/s price and delivery cost (unless you are planning local collection from Largs). I will include the details to make payment through PayPal. Once your payment has been made any Hancrafted item will then be created and then shipped. Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch of orders. If you have an order that needs to be rushed then please tell me in your message and I will let you know if I am able to assist, but I cannot create any handcrafted items or ship gifts until payment has been made. Returns: Items can only be returned if faulty, Please message me first explaining why you would like to return your item, then please use original packaging (where possible). On receipt of item, I will give full refund. PLEASE NOTE personalised items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by me, so please make sure all spelling is correct when placing your order.
