Clean lines, crisp finishes and a striking monochrome contrast 🖤🤍

The marble-effect wall tiles, patterned floor and black details give this bathroom plenty of character without overwhelming the space.

A fresh, modern look with every element carefully considered ✨

Two Shortlists. One Incredible Achievement. 🏆

We’re proud to share that Modern Homes has been shortlisted for both Kitchen Retailer of the Year and Bathroom Retailer of the Year at the KBBFocus Awards 2026.

Being recognised in two major categories is a huge moment for our team and a reflection of the care, experience and attention that goes into every project we deliver.

From kitchens to bathrooms, our focus has always been the same: thoughtful design, quality products and spaces that are made to work beautifully for the people who live in them.
