Would you like to see more opportunities at to talk about mental health and everyday wellbeing?
Iâve been thinking about creating more space for the things we often end up talking about anyway â the messy, practical, human stuff.
Things like overwhelm, motivation, routines, energy, getting unstuck, self-kindness, neurodiversity, and the reality of just trying to human.
Iâm an Occupational Therapist, so a lot of what I bring comes from looking at how our mental health affects everyday life â what we need to do, want to do, and the things that help us feel more like ourselves.
It wonât be lectures, jargon or â10 ways to fix your life.â
It wonât be telling people what they should be doing.
It wonât be pretending thereâs one right way to cope, organise yourself, feel better or get through a difficult patch.
It will be practical, informed and human â space for useful information, real conversation, reflection and sharing ideas that might help things make a little more sense.
Iâm thinking about what this could look like in person at , as well as what I share here.
So Iâd really love to know:
Would you be interested in coming along to an informal conversation or event around mental health and everyday wellbeing?
And are there particular topics youâd like us to explore together?
If that sounds like something you might come to, pop a comment below or send me a message â even just âIâd be interestedâ is enough.
Hearing from you would really help me work out what people would actually find useful, and what might be worth creating next.
