Today was the final day that Piglet Lifestyle opened the doors to the public.😢 It was very emotional having to close it for the final time and handing over my keys. I have loved every second working here and thank you to everyone who has supported Piglet Lifestyle especially over the last few weeks since the closing announcement. Thank you so much Katie for trusting me to work for you and I wish you all the luck in the future.💜

A massive thank you also to .kah who made my final week in the shop so fun, Flik.kah will be around the area still selling her AMAZING wax melts & candles so keep an eye out for her👀 and of course thank you .tea for supplying me with your insane hot chocolates and lunch menu!😋

I shall miss this little shop dearly as well as the people who would come in to see me every week. I will forever cherish the memories I had working there and the experience it gave me. ~ Destiny 💜

Some of you may have seen my stories yesterday. 💗🌸

I have decided to close Piglet on Saturday 27th November.

Since my announcement to close Piglet I have had so many messages of support and lots of you have been into shop with me 💗🌸

Thankyou to everyone, your well wishes and kindness have been very heartwarming and just shows why I wanted to open a shop in the first place. Working in retail and with the general public is what I’ve always loved doing and my new venture is just an extension of that but in a new capacity.

So for the next couple of weeks there are further reductions instore

It is with great sadness to announce that Piglet will be closing it's doors early December.
I’ve had such an amazing year, despite all of the hurdles that have been thrown in my way. I did not expect this pandemic to go on as long as it has done, that being said, it has also been my lifeline in so many ways.
I have learnt many things about myself and the retail industry and achieved something I never believed I could. I have shown myself what I can achieve when I really put my mind to it and that has been the biggest reward I could have asked for.
My reason for closing is not because the shop is unsuccessful, on the contrary, it’s been far better than I could ever have imagined. For those close to me they know my personal struggles and why I now need to relocate back to my family, especially my mum!
I want to thank each and every customer that has shopped with me and my Instagram followers. I love what I do, I love coming to work not knowing who will pop in. Meeting all you fabulous people has been the icing on the cake.
I hope I can do it all again one day!
