Rothwell District Lions will once again be bringing their friend Santa and his sleigh to the streets of the greater Rothwell area this coming December and have begun planning their routes.

Please don’t message us about where and when we will be at specific times as our plan is not yet finalised and may change.

We are also investigating doing a parade through Rothwell in order to give more children the chance to see him.

If you are interested in becoming one of our collectors please email [email protected] and you can then liaise with him about where an when you would be available to help.

We are also interested in anyone who has a vehicle with a tow bar who would be prepared to help us tow our Santa sleigh. Once again please use the above email address to tell us and we will get back to you.

This is your final watning . The Rothwell Lions are holding their tabletop/craft fair at the Oulton Instiute on Sunday the 4th August and this is your final notification. If you are looking for a bargain or just want to spend some of the morning in a postive way just come along. There is sure to be something there for everyone.
That includes bacon butties and other nice food plus a good selection of craft items and bric a brac

We have a table and are looking forward to showing our letterpress posters and other items with some handmade notebooks.

Yes folk we are only a few days away from the Rothwell Lions table top and craft fair. Don't forget to put it in your diary so you do not miss out on our selection of newly crafted items and pre loved ones.
I addition to giving you the chance of a bargain the Lions are also hoping to make a few bob which can be passed on to local people in need and charities.
We are looking forward to seeing as many people as possible and making this a successful event

A friend asked for this print in letterpress. I didn't have a duck so made this linocut duck I'm quite pleased with.
