There’s always a point when I’m making a bouquet where I wonder if I’ve completely lost the plot 😂

But flowers don’t always make sense straight away.

A stem gets moved. Another comes out. Something else gets tucked in. You step back, look again… and eventually it just clicks.

Trust the process. 🤍

A little appreciation post for my lovely brides 🤍

I get so invested in every wedding I work on, so when the lovely messages start coming through afterwards, they honestly mean the world to me. 🥹

Here are just a few of the gorgeous messages I’ve received from brides recently…

It’s never just about the flowers for me. I love being part of the planning, bringing the vision together, calming the wobbles, fixing the little things and then seeing it all come to life on the day. 🌿✨

And knowing that they loved it as much as I did? That’s the best bit. 🤍

Thank you to every couple who trusts me with such an important part of their wedding. I really do have the loveliest job. 🥹

Right, I think it’s officially time to start talking about Christmas… 🎄😂

I’ve got a few lovely festive things happening this December, including my wreath workshops and a two-day Christmas market at the end of November with where I’ll be bringing along lots of ready-made wreaths, plants and seasonal flower bunches. 🌿💐

So if you fancy making a wreath with me, or just want to come and have a browse and pick up something pretty for home (or a Christmas gift 👀), here are all the dates!

The autumn equinox 🍂

I’m definitely not ready for this one. I’ve absolutely loved summer — the long, light evenings, being outside, soaking up every last bit of warmth from the sun… I could happily have stayed there a little longer. ☀️

I’m not a fan of the dark evenings creeping in either, especially when we’re a family who loves being out and about.

BUT… I do love Halloween, the build-up to Christmas and seeing the magic of this time of year through the boys’ eyes. 🎃✨

So I suppose I’ll let autumn in… slowly. 🤎
