Covid-19 Update 12/05/20

Following the Government’s latest update we are now in the process of reviewing how Prospect can get back to work while keeping our staff and Customer’s safe.

We are in touch with the companies that manufacturer for us and they are also going through similar processes meaning that the whole chain is starting to move forward.

Our office remains closed but the good news is that our phone lines have been diverted so we are now able to take your calls ☎️. Just phone our usual number: 01538 386568
We are currently working with a minimal number of staff so please be patient if the line is busy or we don’t manage to answer - your calls are important.
We will still try to respond to Facebook Messages too. 💻

Anyone who asked to be put on our ‘To do’ list, we are working our way through and will be in contact over the next few days. 📝

Thank you for all your support at this difficult time. We are a small family business and our customers are really important to us! 🥰

📌Update in regards to Covid 19📌

As the government has extended the lockdown period for another 3 weeks we will continue to stay closed (Our suppliers also continue to stay closed).

The safety of our workers, customers and all our local community is of great importance and we are proud to be staying safe!
We are all missing the normality of our everyday working lives but once it’s safe we will be back!

We have had a few enquiries via messenger which we are doing our best to reply to - our apologies if we are a bit slower than usual!

If being at home has made you realise that you need a new front door or you should look at replacing a window that doesn’t open - feel free to get in touch and we will pop you on our ‘to do’ list, we will then contact you to arrange an appointment as soon as we are back!

We hope that you all had a good Easter break and have managed to enjoy the lovely sunshine ☀️

Important announcement

Following on from the Governments latest Covid-19 announcement we are temporarily shutting our office doors and fitting service with immediate effect.

All our suppliers have also closed their doors, all orders will be suspended until it is deemed safe to return to business as usual.
The industry as a whole are stepping up to play their part.

We thank all our customers for your support during these extremely difficult times and hope that everyone stays safe at home.

Mirrors all cut and ready for collection for furniture manufacturer.

This impressive brick extension replaced a much loved but tired conservatory.
It was very important to the family that live here to keep as much light as possible flowing into this space and to keep the views over their garden!
The large shaped window in the gable end and the Aluminium Bi-fold doors offer flexible living and so much natural light ☀️
A fabulous job I’m sure you’ll agree!

A customer sent us some photos of their recent window replacements that we installed.
They are very pleased with the results and we agree that they look lovely!
They live in a traditional cottage, the previous windows were the original wooden ones that had seen better days.
These are upvc, with an A energy rating. The style was carefully chosen to be sympathetic to the property and its neighbours.
