Another recent job completed with Brookes Joinery ✔️

Oak effect water-resistant laminate flooring supplied and fitted, finished off with 5-inch pencil round skirting and matching architrave for a clean, modern look.

Subfloor was fully prepped with 6mm plywood and levelled using 30mm–0mm latex to bring everything perfectly flat due to being uneven from 1 side to the other.

We also supplied and fitted a custom-cut oak barn-style door to complete the transformation.

Another van sprayed by Spray doctors, they did an amazing job on my T5 and again and other incredible job with my new van, really good prices, better than anyone out there and really nice lads, if anyone has any damage or fancies a new look deffo reach out to them.

if anyone is wondering this is matte black raptor paint, excluding the bumpers because i’ll be restoring them for that ‘swamper’ look - with BMW sunset orange grille.

Another laminate flooring Nuneaton job completed ✔️

We’ve just finished supplying and fitting 8mm Quick-Step water-resistant laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms and a landing.

The floorboards were slightly uneven, so we carried out some minor repairs first to make sure the new laminate flooring sat perfectly level — proper prep makes all the difference 👌

Installed with insulating DPM underlay, finished with clean white beading and gold door bars for a sharp, modern look.

All completed over 2 days 💪

🚧 Conservatory Floor Repair – Leamington Spa 🚧

This customer found us on Checkatrade after their conservatory floor suddenly collapsed. The conservatory had been there for over 10 years, so it came as a big shock.

Once we lifted the flooring, we found the issue straight away — the conservatory had been built over old external decking that had been tiled over. A blocked drain underneath had caused water to overflow for years, rotting the decking and joists until the floor finally gave way.

We stripped everything back, removed all the rotten and water-damaged joists, cleaned the subfloor, cleared the blocked drain, and fixed the problem at the source so it won’t happen again.

The floor was then rebuilt properly from the ground up:
✅ New damp proof membrane
✅ New treated timber joists with extra support
✅ 18mm tongue & groove chipboard flooring
✅ Second DPM layer
✅ Insulated underlay
✅ 8mm water-resistant laminate flooring
✅ 5” pencil round skirting boards

All completed in just 2 days in Leamington Spa 💪
