Almost finished with these plots for Cadeby Homes.
It’s been a pleasure working with them to get these lovely houses finished in Gaddesby.
If there is anyone interested in the last 3 detached houses, then they are having an open day tomorrow to show them off.

Here’s another project we’ve been working on for one of our customers.
This time we’ve replaced all the windows and French door, along with fitting a new Untraframe warm roof!
We manufactured all the windows and french door In Anthracite Grey outside, and white inside. Once they were installed, we then fitted the Ultraframe warm roof with the plastic terracotta tiles to match the existing house roof, and Anthracite Grey facias, guttering and downpipes to match the window and door frames.
Replacing your old conservatory roof with a warm roof has the added benefits of making you room cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter.
The roofs also comply with all the latest building regulations regarding current U values, so you know your conservatory is as warm as it can be!

We have had the pleasure of working with Cadeby Homes on one of their new build projects in Gaddesby near Melton.
Bespoke made to measure windows and doors manufactured, and installed by ourselves to give the new homes a beautiful finish!
All of the windows and Bifold doors have been finished in Cream, and all the front doors are in various colours and styles.
Lovely homes for the new owners, and I belive they still have a couple left for sale which will be finished very soon. So give them a call if you are interested in a new home in Gaddesby, as I’m sure you’ll like what you see if you pay them a visit.
