Six years. Thousands of orders. So many ideas brought to life.

What started as a little creative venture back in October 2020 has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.

Behind every order are hours of designing, making, packing and creating — but also a whole lot of learning, late nights, challenges and moments that remind me exactly why I started.

From personalised gifts and meaningful keepsakes to wedding details that become part of someone’s special day, it means so much to know that something made by us becomes part of your story.

We know there’s nothing more frustrating than seeing your estimated delivery date pass and wondering where your order is.

But before you panic (or panic at us 😂), please remember that an Etsy estimated delivery date is just that — an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

We’re currently seeing more delays with standard Royal Mail post, and quite often parcels arrive just a day or two later than Etsy originally estimated; sometimes longer.

If you’ve chosen 1st or 2nd Class standard delivery, there’s no tracking for us to check, so unfortunately we can’t see where your parcel is once it leaves us.

If you need your order for a specific date, please choose Tracked Delivery. This gives you much better visibility and is particularly important for weddings, birthdays, events and other time-sensitive orders.

We also don’t automatically replace an order the second it passes its estimated date. Most of the time, it’s simply delayed — and replacing it unnecessarily creates additional costs, production time, postage and waste.

Our promise: if your order has genuinely exceeded 14 days, please get in touch and we will absolutely sort it.
