Truthfully, the original inspo was a bougie mid-century living room, but when you’ve got this many retro props, it’d be rude not to put them to use.
We can do Wes pretty well, but I can’t wait to see what else this becomes

with and on the hottest day of the year proving that we’re not always mid century and post modern round here. Multi shoot set up over a couple of days. I’m looking forward to seeing the space in a different light. We’re pretty well set for heritage thanks to the original features in the studio, good to see them being put to good use

Did a thing ! 5 sets designed and realised for an immersive experience. Although I’m not sure if the kitchen counts as it’s technically already here.
Painting the reception floor was possibly the most nerve racking part. NO GOING BACK. Deciding to drape three walls instead of one meant enlisting some help, very grateful to Aman Dhesi for stepping in at the last minute.

Reclaiming reams of fabric destined for the skip was possibly the most satisfying part. Forever resourceful.
Very lucky to have had Abbasiama put her trust in me to create these spaces for her event. Thank you 🙏

Cowork is back next Friday. 24th 10-5pm

I tend to announce it at the last minute so I don’t accidentally double book myself, but the WhatsApp group gets the provisional dates first.

A few behind the scenes from a recent interiors shoot.

I can’t share the final campaign just yet, but it’s been great to see more interiors and homeware brands making use of the studio.

It’s a direction that feels very true to what HK was always intended to be. I’m looking forward to sharing more as we expand the offering with scenic flats and architectural elements. Let’s go !
