💡Top Tuesday💡

Todays too Tuesday is a top tip on Kelvin ratings of lamps.

As you can see by scrolling though these photos, adjusting the Kelvin rating of the lamp in your light fittings can have a huge impact on the lighting within your space.

💡3000K is typical used in bedrooms and lounges. This is a softer, warmer light. We always recommend using warmer tones as a base light.

💡4000K is typically used in kitchens and bathrooms, where a sharper light may be needed.

💡6500K is described as daylight, this is typically used within commercial settings. We do not recommend the use of this within a domestic setting.

If you are not sure what colour lamps you should have in your space, we are happy to make a suggestion.

A customer recently showed us these pictures of their creative lighting solution for their converted camper van. Here they’ve used .led 12v warm white tape and their 2m aluminium profile to create an effective lighting solution for the space!

No need for a driver as it’s powered via the solar panel on the roof then to a 12v leisure battery.
