Today would have been my beautiful Nanas Birthday,
although things got more difficult than i could explain at the end, i treasure the good times in my heart forever, she was the biggest pain in my bum, but my biggest supporter.
i've still not gotten over losing her, and i dont think i will for a long time yet, but i'd like to do something with you all in her memory.

i've been thinking of raising some money for the Alzheimers Society, they helped more than i care to admit at times, even just being that person i could cry to over the phone, someone to help guide me to the next person to support us, or just someone to pop by the house and have a cup of tea with me to make sure that I'M okay.

Dementia is such a challenging illness that really does effect the family and friends more than the person diagnosed, so this weekend i'll be raffling off a Wonderland Hamper, the contents are worth more than £60 and tickets will be £2.

i'm offline today, so once i post the Hamper post, i'll go through the comments tomorrow and mark up everyones numbers and sort payments, lets smash it, for Nana Meg x

🐾🤍 A LITTLE MEG UPDATE 🤍🐾

For anyone who's been here a while, you'll know that Meg is the reason Wonderland Melts exists. 🥹🐾

So I thought it was about time I gave you all a little update on our very special girl...

She's doing okay. 🤍

She's very, very old, a little bit stinky 😂 and definitely making me work hard to keep the house smelling gorgeous these days! 🙈🤣
But she's still here. Still getting spoilt. Still very much loved. And still the reason behind so much of what I do. 🐾❤️

Yesterday was a pretty big day in our house as Charlie had his first day at school, and I just loved seeing these two together. 🥹 She most definately taker her big sissy role seriously, but Charlie deffo thinks that he is the boss these days!

From the very beginning, Meg has been part of our Wonderland journey, and even as she gets older, she's still at the heart of why I do this.

So here's our beautiful, smelly, old girl... still very much Queen Meg. 👑🐾😂

And yes, Meg... I'll keep making the house smell nice for you. 🤣🤍
