My Masterbuilt smoker died on me yesterday at half 4 in the morning as I was due to start cooking for a booking of 40 people. Ended up smoking 4kgs of lamb shoulder, 4kgs of turkey breast and 7kgs of pork shoulder on a Webber kettle bbq! Client & guests extremely happy with the food.
