We recently completed a comprehensive CAT A+ fit out for a 1,300 sq foot office space in Guildford, Surrey. Transforming it from a tired, dated environment into a vibrant, modern workspace ready for immediate occupation.

The Challenge

✔New Tea Point Installation: We supplied and installed a modern tea point, complete with integrated microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, offering staff a practical and stylish area for breaks and informal gatherings.

✔Flooring Upgrade: Durable and attractive carpet tiles were fitted throughout, enhancing comfort underfoot while contributing to the overall aesthetic.

✔Modern Glazed Partitioning: To define workspace zones and maximise natural light, we installed sleek glazed partitions. This created private areas while maintaining a sense of openness.

✔Furniture and Accessories: We furnished the office with bright, modern furniture, complemented by carefully selected artwork and high-quality faux plants. These touches helped create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that balances professionalism with comfort.
