We recently fitted new flooring for a customer in Welton. They've done an amazing job renovating this property into an great family home.

We fitted Brampton Chase Herringbone LVT with a black feature strip and single block border throughout the ground floor.

We also fitted new Saxony carpets in the bedrooms and living room, with a hard wearing loop pile Herringbone carpet on the stairs.

Another job we've got over the line this week.

60m2 of Sierra small parquet LVT in colour 'Reclaimed Oak' fitted throughout the ground floor of a property in Nettleham.
We've used our floor grinder to remove paint, plaster etc from the sub-floor. Due to high moisture levels, we then applied an Epoxy DPM to protect the LVT from raising damp. We used ARDEX UK K40 Flow to achieve a flat, smooth finish ready to install the LVT.

Another amazing transformation completed today.

We've fitted Brampton Chase Herringbone LVT in California Oak with a single block border and black feature strip, uplifting all the old carpets and ceramic tiles in the kitchen, lounge/dinner and hallways. We used our floor grinder to remove the laitance from the flow screed and any other contaminants before applying the smoothing compound.

Brampton Chase California Oak fitted on a 45 degree, along with a full plank border and black feature strip. Due to the age of the property, we've applied a damp proof membrane to protect the floor from rising damp.
