Please make sure the room(s) due to be fitted are clear of furniture and any existing flooring, including underlay and grippers (unless you have decided to re-use). If the room is not clear of furniture or existing flooring our fitters can uplift this, but it may incur additional fitting charges. Please also make sure that

pathways to the room(s) due to be fitted are clear of obstructions, to allow our fitters to bring flooring into your property. As most of our flooring products are bulky, this saves time if it can be easily brought into your property. Unfortunately we cannot dispose of any waste but our fitters will bag any waste up and leave it in a convenient location for you. Often doors will need easing this is not the responsibility of the fitter some fitters may offer this service at additional cost This is between you and the fitter.
