Furniture Sales Consultant Wanted – Lincoln (Tritton Road)

We’re Clayton’s Carpets & Furniture, a long-established, family-run business in Lincoln, and we’re looking for an experienced salesperson who enjoys working with customers and is looking for a stable, long-term role.

The Role
You’ll be selling across our furniture departments, including:
• Sofas from leading brands such as G Plan, Parker Knoll, Stressless and La-Z-Boy
• Beds from leading manufacturers (with over 45 on display)
• Bedroom furniture including wardrobes
This is a consultative, face-to-face sales role in our Tritton Rd / Dixon St, Lincoln showroom.
Customers come to us ready to buy — they’re looking for honest advice, reassurance and someone who knows what they’re talking about.
You’ll guide them through the process and see each sale through to completion, and beyond so attention to detail and ownership matter.

This role would suit people from:
Furniture, sofas, beds, carpets, kitchens, tiles, windows or any similar customer-facing, showroom-based sales role.

✔ Able to guide customers through to a decision
✔ Reliable, flexible and takes pride in their work
✔ Looking for a long-term role, not just a stop-gap

Hours
• Full-time position (42 hours per week)
• Includes weekends on a rota basis
