The Craft House Story

It was the year 2019, I was sat in my kitchen when I thought... what can I do with that empty jar instead of it going in the bin?

And hey presto that was that start of The Craft House! I painted the jar, sanded parts of it down and I hated it, so I grabbed another jar, put some glitter around the top and also hated it... but with perseverance I ended up creating vases, pen pots and fairy jars.

A year later I’m creating personalised pet toy boxes, children's book boxes, handcrafting roses, creating wooden initials and words to suit my customers homes, personalised Christmas stockings for cats and dogs, family Christmas Eve boxes and personalised jars for bubble bath, bath salts, spices and wax melts! I have a small homeware section now as well of a few pieces great for gifts or for a treat for people’s homes.

I do all this by myself and alongside my full time job, its tiring but I love it! Who knows where the next year may take me...
