Hey everyone! I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself…
I’m Ethan, I’m 25, and I’m the face (and baker 👨🍳) behind JeffaBakes! I do this part time along side my day to day job. I do so along with my mum ( Sarah ) and my wife ( Abigail ).
When I’m not covered in flour, I’m usually at home with our two fur babies — Winnie, our fox red Lab 🐶, and George, our very cheeky tabby cat 🐱.
My love for baking started when I was really young. I spent a lot of time baking with my Nana, Granny and Mum, and I think that’s where my obsession with creating cakes, bakes and anything sweet really began. ❤️
I’ll be honest, when I first started JeffaBakes, I was a little unsure about putting myself out there as a male baker. Baking can sometimes feel like a very female-dominated world, and I wasn’t sure how people would react.
But I’m so glad I took the leap.
From opening the Bake Shed to seeing people coming back week after week, the support has honestly been incredible. 🥹
So thank you to everyone who has supported JeffaBakes so far — whether you’ve bought a bake, shared a post, recommended me to someone or simply followed along.
