🎉✨🤍 FIVE YEARS 🤍✨🎉

Ohhhhhh my days!!! How is my wee business 5 years old already?!? 🥹

It honestly feels like yesterday I was celebrating the business making it through year 1 and feeling like “oh man, how crazy would it be to make it to 5 years!” … and that day has come!!! 😅😭🥳🤪

When I first poured those little Rhubarb & Custard melts in my kitchen all those years ago I had no idea that it would end up growing into a business I’m incredibly proud of and so much of Coorie’s success is down to the support and love I’ve had along the way 🥰

To everyone who’s ever poured a candle at one of my classes, purchased something online or at a market, sent me messages of encouragement, been on the receiving end of a voice note as I screech about something exciting happening or crying that I’ve made a mistake, to every single fellow small business who’s supported, cheered, encouraged me on (esp the ones who’ve joined me for tea and biscuits!) to everyone who believed in me and gave me a chance or an opportunity… and of course to all my amazing friends and family - I SERIOUSLY wouldn’t have made it to 5 years without every single one of you 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

To celebrate I’m opening the workshop doors this coming Sunday so if you’re free, please do pop along for a browse, a blether, some cake and a glass of fizz 🧁🥂🤍

Friends for over 18 years, these ladies came last night to pour candles in the workshop and it was such a giggle! 🕯️🫶🏼

Earlier in the day I got to welcome two neighbours who also happen to be very good friends (with very different tastes 😆) and I helped them both pour their very first candles! 🕯️

Happy first day of May! 🌞

It’s going to be a super busy one here but it’s a month I’ve been really looking forward to!

Can’t wait to be out and about at lots of markets this month:
✨ 17th Wishing Tree by the Sea market in Dunbar
✨ 29th Art of Morrow Linlithgow Night Market
✨ 31st West Lothian Producers Market for our monthly Sunday market

Coorie turns 5 on the 21st May which is just incredible!! 🥳 I’ll be opening the workshop doors Sunday 24th between 2-6pm for anyone who wants to pop along, join me for a glass of fizz and cake! 🥂🧁

And in between all that I’ve got 11 candle making workshops booked in that I’m so excited for!! I know a few of these are for birthday celebrations which is just so special ☺️ and quite a few are returning guests - people who’ve been before and are coming back to make more candles! 🥹🫶🏼

I’ve got a lot going on in the background outside of the business as well this month so it’s a super busy one but these are honestly the months I love the most! I’d hate to get bored 😆

A little throwback to the very first West Lothian Producers Market!! ✨
