Weโre looking for a highly experienced, creative and ambitious florist to become a key part of our growing business and one of the faces of our brand.
We have 2 shops (Lark Lane and Exchange Flags), alongside our wedding, event and everyday floristry, and weโre looking for someone with a lot of floristry experience who is ready to take the lead and grow with us.
โจ THE ROLE
Lead our weddings & events from consultation through to installation
Create beautiful, high-quality floristry across our shops
Bring creativity, ideas and an exceptional eye for detail
Be a confident, professional face of the brand.
Help grow the business through new ideas, clients and opportunities
Work across our two shops, deliveries, venues and suppliers
Create and be involved in social media/content.
๐ฟ WEโRE LOOKING FOR
Someone highly experienced, creative, driven and organised, with excellent attention to detail, a strong eye for design and a genuine passion for flowers.
๐ Full UK driving licence essential.
๐๏ธ 5 days a week (including some Saturdays).
๐ธ Permanent contract.
