Maria Anna Furman is a media visionary, strategist and leader of internationally recognised projects. As the Chief Executive Officer of Golden Rule Ltd, an umbrella organisation developing numerous social, cultural and media initiatives, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire project ecosystem, including Wyspa TV, Stars Night Awards, Leaders of Tomorrow and WINS Magazine.
She serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Wyspa TV and WINS Magazine, conducts interviews with inspiring personalities, hosts events, and is a journalist who has published 1,255 articles devoted to culture, business, society and people who are changing the world for the better.
She is the author of the book "The Laws of Success in a Nutshell", published in 2013, the principles of which she has held firmly to throughout her entire journey. For many years, her work has focused on promoting values, building intercultural bridges, and supporting people whose work inspires others.
Few people know that she began her artistic journey as a singer associated with the Kraków Opera. Today, her voice is heard primarily on Wyspa TV, where, through interviews, documentaries and original programmes, she gives a platform to passionate people and stories that deserve to be heard.

Przemysław Majdak is the Co-Founder of Wyspa TV and Director of Content Production, responsible for the comprehensive delivery of all television and multimedia productions created by the station.
He oversees the entire production process, from planning and filming through editing and post-production to the final broadcast of each programme. He is also responsible for maintaining the consistency of Wyspa TV's visual identity and ensuring the highest production quality standards.
Under his creative and technical supervision, more than 500 reports, television programmes, interviews, and event coverage productions have been created, contributing to the growing recognition and professional image of Wyspa TV.
Combining technical expertise with production experience and a strong visual sense, he creates modern productions that not only document events but, above all, tell stories and remain in the audience's memory.
Although his work often takes place behind the scenes, it forms the foundation of the quality and professionalism of every project delivered by Wyspa TV and the Stars Night Awards.
