Our brand new Dog Grooming Salon is opening Monday 23rd February 2026!!! 🥳

A lot of you will recognise the face in the picture..
Keri has been with Sal’s Pals for the last few years helping care for dogs in the centre and out on adventure walks. On top of this, she’s been quietly working hard behind the scenes and is now a fully qualified dog groomer with City & Guilds!

The salon will be based at our Dog Daycare Centre in Kirknewton & services will include;

🐾 Full grooms
🐾 Bath & blow dries
🐾 Nail clips & teeth cleans
🐾 Mud baths & facials

We’ll also be introducing a puppy grooming package, using short, gentle sessions to help build confidence & positive associations.

Sewing Machinist/Production Operative Assistant

We currently have 1 x Part time vacancy for an enthusiastic person to join our team manufacturing blinds from our factory in Livingston. we are looking for motivated individual to join our production team.

In this position you will assist in the making in all types of window blinds.

cutting and preparing fabric
Assembling finished products
quality control checking the blinds
stock control
taking in deliveries and ensuring correct fabrics delivered.
Sewing machine operator

Extremely confident and competent working with measurements,
Must be able to follow instructions.
This is a busy environment, being able to “think on the job” is essential.

Mon-Fri 10-2pm or 20hrs over 3 days.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
