Our Story
A lot has changed since I created this page. I dont spend as much time creating compared to what I used to, I have loads of ‘makes’ just lying about, I shattered my wrist, one of my sons moved out and is married with children now, I volunteer in a shop, I attend a gym and I just dont seem to have the creative brain anymore. I have done cards, jewellery, flower arranging, vinyl arrangements, light box frames and many other things......I will try anything if I think I can manage it.
I shattered my right wrist in 2008. I had a couple of operations on it and pins and scaffolding on it for a while. It healed but there is damage in my hand which meant it was sore to use and Im right handed.
My Eldest son met his wife and moved in with her and not long after that they had my amazing grandson....just about 18months later they had my beautiful granddaughter. A few months after that they got married. With a creative mother, my son decided Id have to help out with anything that I possibly could so I did the flowers, invites, photos, decorations and some silly things. I loved doing it.
When my grandson was here I volunteered in a shop to break up my week. That shop is called Kidzeco and Im still volunteering there 3 years later. The shop sells pre-loved items ranging from pre-baby to baby and continuing up to 11yr old. Nursery furniture, prams, buggys, cots, beds, toys, clothes, maternity wear and lots more. I love working there and spend a lot of my time there. Recently, the shop I worked in moved to larger premises and I have been working there a lot to help get things running smoothly in the ‘warehouse’ area. We have 2 shops in different towns but the shop I am in is now the ‘flagship’.
