Not the usual kind of post from me.. however it’s for an amazing cause!

My friends little boy has a diagnosis of Epilepsy.. now a lot of people (including myself) assume that epilepsy is ‘just’ seizures. It’s a lot more than that. If affects cognitive function, moods, behaviours and so much more.

My friends and their little boy will be walking the Forth Road Bridge on 28th March 2026 to raise money for Epilepsy Scotland.. please donate if you can!

We are all aiming to get much more information out there about Epilepsy, as it’s such a complex condition and not a ‘one size fits all’ and by doing this, it’ll help spread the word!
