I am looking for someone keen to develop a career in floristry, weddings & event styling to join our team on a long term basis 🫶
The role:
🌸 Initially 3 set days per week, with the possibility of increased hours as the business grows. While this role begins at 3 days, some weeks additional days may be required during busy periods, weddings, installations and seasonal peaks.
🌸 Must be flexible to work some weekends, occasional evenings during busy periods (especially wedding season) and key seasonal days such as Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day.
What you’ll learn:
✨ Floristry from scratch
✨ Wedding & event styling
✨ Creating and designing floral displays
✨ Working with customers and clients in a social, fast-paced environment
✨ Behind the scenes of weddings, installations & events
✨ Social media content creation (with the opportunity to help manage accounts)
We are looking for someone who is:
• Creative & eager to learn
• Friendly, confident & outgoing
• Hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable & willing to get stuck in (no two days are the same around here 👀)
No experience needed — you’ll be trained from scratch.
