Mid Wales including Herefordshire and Shropshire - Tuesday
South Wales including Cardiff, Newport, South Powys, Glam, Gwent - Wednesday
West Wales including Llandovery, Swansea and west - Wednesday
West Wales including Haverfordwest, Dyfed, Ceredigion - Wednesday
North West Wales, Dolgellau and coast, Caernarfon, Ynys Mon - Thursday
North East Wales and border, Wrecsam, Chester, Ruthin, Oswestry - Friday
