"We cannot praise the service we have received from Bryant & Cairns highly enough. From the day we walked into their showroom to the conclusion of our installation the service, communication, efficiency and quality of product have been no less than exemplary. Every member of staff we met were courteous, friendly and explained the processes and timeliness involved. We were a little concerned that the new wooden sills may cause damage or be ill fitting with our current tiles and decor. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our fitters, Alan & Peter did a truly excellent job with perfect fit and zero damage. They also were spot on with their timescales and cleaned up after them every day. "Most stress free home renovation ever!
I chose BC because of the recommendation from my neighbour. Almost all the flats in my building has bc windows.
Happy from the beginning to the end. Salesman wasn't pushy, informs you very well. Price was very reasonable.
They came again to measure details, get council permission, notify installation date in well advanced.
Installers turn up on time, polite and considerate, clean and tidied up after work done every day. Very speedy, 9 windows in 2.5 days. Probably even faster if they didn't have to accommodate our room clearing schedules. They were totally upfront about any manufacturing defects and come back to fix it next week.
Best of all, they didn't ask a penny before the job done.
I've never this stress free on home renovation. I wish bc does other things like bathroom and kitchen.

An excellent company, and we were delighted to be able to use a local family business to replace our door and window. Very efficient from start to finish - no ‘hard sell’ at the beginning, just useful information. The fitting was exactly as planned, and went very smoothly, and we were very impressed that someone came as promised afterwards to repair a small bit of damage to our rendering. It all went very smoothly & efficiently. We did go to the showroom to look at colours and how the windows looked/worked which was helpful. We're very happy with the end results. Reasonable price."
