We are aware that this line-up is too Gouda to be true, so if you are after some melted happiness come down to try it out - we are nacho average sandwich! "Heavy in my palms and sporting a crisp, red-tinged golden brown surface with an appealingly oily sheen to it, it was the most beautiful toastie I had ever seen".

"It floated on my tongue like a hummingbird and then melted deliciously, almost as candyfloss does. It put every cheese toastie I had ever eaten in my life to complete shame".
