Instructions
Preheat the Oven:

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)
Optional: Italian seasoning or garlic powder for extra flavor

Instructions
Prepare the Sandwich:
Lay out two slices of bread on a clean surface. On each slice, spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce.
Layer 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce on each slice of bread.
Add a layer of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. If desired, sprinkle a little Italian seasoning or garlic powder over the pepperoni for extra flavor.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1/4 cup ice water (more if needed)
For the Filling:

1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/2 lb (225g) Italian sausage, casings removed
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for serving)

Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add the ice water, mixing until the dough comes together. You may need to add a little more water if the dough is too dry.
Divide the dough in half, shape into discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Meat Filling:
