Is it me or does 2024 feel different like there has been a huge energy shift that will for those of us who were feeling ‘stuck ‘ in 2023 will clear the way for exciting projects this year ?

After 3 months in Australia wearing t shirts and enjoying the sun I’m back in wintertime UK but I’m excited as this year is going to be big with some property projects on the way .

Ok so Ive finally got a photo up of the tree . No excuse for being late really and I didn’t even have to do any of it as I’m still in Australia but my very own Christmas elf has done a cracking job and has promised not to take the decorations down till I come back from Australia .

Not in the UK for Christmas this year but this wreath will be going up at home in my absence . I made it last year and it’s love the way it looks against the beautiful stained glass made for me by the wonderfully talented ted Jan . My front door is one of my favourite parts of the house and really comes in to its own at Christmas .

Is t this the most gorgeous Victorian arcade ? The large figures up on the walls at the end come to life on the hour as the clock chimes . One of the things I love about this city is the fine Victorian architecture . There are also wonderful places to eat quiet cafes and restaurants abound .
