A little carousel of children’s rooms that make me smile every time they surface on my feed ✨

These are some of my absolute favourites — cosy corners, lived-in spaces, and the sweetest little people growing up with a Moppet tapestry as part of their story 🥹

I know reels rule Instagram these days, but I’ll forever love a still photo: the warmth, the softness, the love poured into the details.

And selfishly… seeing our tapestries snuggle down into real homes like these is one of the best parts of what I do ❣️

I never meant to start a brand. I just needed to feel okay again 💛

What started as an oasis during the pandemic has grown into a little joy for so many families.

Back then, sourcing and design small, beautiful treasures for my two-under-two became my sanctuary — a way to quiet the noise of C-vid and early parenthood and do something just for me.

Somehow, from that need to feel okay, Moppet was born — and with it, a chance to bring a bit of that calm and comfort into other homes too.

Every tapestry we create is still rooted in that same feeling: slow, soulful, made with care.

And knowing they’ve found their way into the hearts (and bedrooms) of so many little ones means more than I could ever say. ❤️

As Kashmir’s fields rest beneath snow, our farming-cum-artisan community begins another kind of harvest — a season of stitching 🪡

Each tapestry is slowly embroidered over many weeks, providing vital winter income and preserving a tradition passed down through generations.

Made with purpose, patience and soul — a true heirloom to treasure ✨

🌙✨ Over the moon! ✨🌙
Our brand new Solar System tapestry just won GOLD 🥇 at the Junior Design Awards — one of the most prestigious awards in the UK children’s industry! 🚀👶💫

What gives this tapestry’s story its heart is the journey it took to get here. With the airport in Kashmir closed due to regional unrest ✈️❌, our sample travelled by road to Delhi — only to be delayed again by a landslide 🪨🌧️. Somehow, against all the odds, it made it to the awards just in time❣️

Each tapestry is a true labour of love — taking two months to hand-embroider by our incredible artisans in Kashmir 🪡 No two are ever the same, each destined to be treasured as an heirloom.

And just like this sample’s journey, through delays and detours, each piece is a quiet testament to the patience and love behind slow craft, and the beauty that endures even in difficult times 💫
