I didn’t even have to enter my email.
Opened https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0zbXKc0, typed in what was actually sitting in my kitchen, and it came back with a full dinner plan. The whole thing took about fifteen seconds.
And that’s just the start. It plans the full week, keeps vegetarian and non-vegetarian separate, and lets you shuffle things around based on what’s already in the fridge.
No sign-up, no setup, no twenty questions before it does anything useful.

Every meal plan I’ve ever started has died on a Tuesday.
Tuesdays are vegetarian at my place. Not a preference, not a health thing — just how the house runs. And every plan I’ve downloaded off the internet puts chicken on day two, my mum says no, and that’s it. Plan over. Back to deciding dinner at 8 PM like always.
It was never a discipline problem. The plan simply didn’t know anything about my house.
AnyFeast asks first. Which days are non-veg days. What your week actually looks like. What you won’t eat. Then it builds around that, instead of around a template written for somebody else’s kitchen.
Which means there’s no Tuesday left to fail on.

Every Diwali, the same arguments. Sugar-free barfi is fine, isn’t it? Jaggery is healthier than sugar, surely. Homemade has to be better than the box from the shop.
Some of that is true. A fair amount of it is marketing.
On Friday, Sushila is taking an hour to go through it properly — what actually changes when mithai is made with jaggery, whether “sugar-free” means what you assume it means, and whether homemade really is the better choice.
None of this is about skipping the sweets. It’s about knowing what’s in front of you, so you can enjoy it without second-guessing every plate.

You’re not lazy for ordering in again.
You’re deciding dinner for four people with four different opinions, at the end of a day that already took everything you had. One won’t touch the sabzi. One wants something “light”. One isn’t hungry at the same time as anyone else.
That’s not a willpower problem. It’s a planning problem — and planning problems actually have solutions.
Tell AnyFeast who’s eating and what each of them genuinely likes. It builds the week around that. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, decided before the week starts, so nobody is negotiating at 8 PM with the fridge open.
Send this to whoever does the cooking at your place.

You switched to brown rice. You cut back on sugar. You walk most evenings. And you’re still flat by 3 PM.
That’s the frustrating middle — where the diet looks right on paper and your body hasn’t agreed to it yet. Usually the answer isn’t another diet plan. It’s the things a diet plan never looks at.
This Saturday, Sameera Sheikh is running a free hour on exactly that:
· Nutrition beyond diet plans
· The blood markers actually worth understanding
· Supplements — which ones earn their place and which don’t
· Sleep, stress, and where your energy is really going

General guidance, not a substitute for your own doctor — if something has felt off for a while, get it properly looked at too.

Nobody at home has noticed I’m eating healthier. That’s exactly the point.
No sad salad at the end of the table. No bland juice. No separate dinner being made just for me while everyone else eats properly.
All that changed was one call with an AnyFeast nutritionist. She asked what I actually eat through the day — not what I ought to be eating — and built the plan around that.
Same dal. Same kadhai. Same everything. Just proportioned right.
That’s the whole difference. Not different food. The same food, in better proportions.
