Before any large event, we follow a clear process to ensure every detail reflects our client’s vision.

First, we listen carefully to our client and take the time to understand exactly what they want and how they envision their event.

Next, we create a mood board that brings the concept to life, including the colour palette, overall style, floral selections, and key design elements. This helps us establish a cohesive creative direction and ensures we are aligned with the client’s expectations.

Once the concept is approved, we produce detailed 3D visualisations. These allow our clients to see exactly how the event will look in the chosen venue before any work begins. If any adjustments are needed, they can be made at this stage, ensuring the final result is exactly as envisioned.

After that, we move on to the installation and bring the design to life.

The final stage is one of our favourites—capturing the completed event for our portfolio, with the client’s permission. We love documenting the finished result and the atmosphere we’ve created.
