Scrap busting today, decided to try the free bucket hat pattern from lengthened the brim by 1.5 cm, scraps of denim, linen and eyelet fabric. Did I enjoy it? Yes!! Will I wear it? You betcha! Did the seam ripper come out? Yes, I did attach the lining inside out, had a bit of a bug and clearly concentration not turned on!! Love the .rosy.cheeks ‘good day’ label, ‘maker’ label (reversible so I’ll wear it white side out too) a gift from my lovely friend Tish xx highly recommend this pattern, because the sun WILL be coming out!!!

My most absorbing make for a while, and first time I’ve made dungarees, I really enjoyed sewing these up and know they’ll be great to wear 😻. Fab instructions and the M&M hardware kit really completes them, love it!! All that top stitching tho!

Wishing all a happy New Year 🥳
With a new year ahead it’s good to look forward to new experiences, new opportunities, whilst being grateful for the building blocks of the year just passed that make us who we are today. This past year has certainly been a challenge, I’ve learned a lot!
Thanks for the support of and interest in Mrs Berry Makes. I’m excited about new products to be released this year, and am having a great time doing the development....
