10 years, 3 careers, and somehow I’m still chasing the same goal. 😂

At 24, I thought working hard and saving money was all it took to become financially free.

At 34, I’m realising it’s a lot more complicated than that.

But nursing, web development and content creation have all taught me something I’m using today. Maybe those years weren’t detours after all.

Now I’m trying to bring everything I’ve learnt together, build something of my own and see how far I can take it.

The goal? Financial freedom by 35.

The problem? I’ve got about 3 months left. 🫠

My lola told me to dream big. My mum told me to stay focused.

So here goes nothing.

Follow along to see if I can actually pull this off. 👀

Being the quiet one doesn’t mean you can’t be a content creator. 😂

I think the trick is to stop thinking you’re talking to a camera.

You’re talking to your phone. Imagine your best mate is on the other side and you’re just telling them something you’d normally yap about.

And if you mess up? Start again. Need a breather? Take one. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to repeat myself when filming. 😂

You don’t have to be loud, super confident or know exactly what you’re doing to start creating content.

You just have to start somewhere.

So if you’re the quiet one who dreams of becoming a content creator but keeps putting it off because talking to a camera feels awkward, this is your little push.

And if you’re stuck on what to post or keep overthinking the whole content creation thing, I’ve made a few things to help you get going without making it a whole second job.

Comment JAM and I’ll send you the details. 👀

10 signs you’re playing life too safe:

1. You keep waiting to feel ready. The cost? You watch opportunities pass while waiting for confidence.

2. You overthink every decision. The cost? You spend so long planning that you never take action.

3. You stay in situations you’ve outgrown. The cost? You sacrifice growth for the comfort of familiarity.

4. You’re scared of looking stupid. The cost? You let other people’s opinions dictate your potential.

5. You keep saying “maybe next year”. The cost? Your dreams stay dreams while time keeps moving.

6. You only do things you’re good at. The cost? You miss out on discovering what you could become.

7. You compare your progress to everyone else’s. The cost? You lose sight of your own journey.

8. You confuse being busy with moving forward. The cost? You stay occupied without making meaningful progress.

9. You need everyone’s approval. The cost? You build a life that pleases others but doesn’t fulfil you.

10. You always choose comfort over growth. The cost? You stay the same while wishing your life would change.

You don’t have to risk everything to build a different life. Sometimes, you just have to risk being a beginner.

Which one hit home? 👇

Filipinos, is this a crime? 😭🇵🇭

Mixing Ligo and CDO corned beef in one pan? No brand loyalty in my kitchen. 😂

Added my chicken for extra protein, chili oil for a little kick, and of course… RICE FOR BREAKFAST. 🍚

Kasi bakit ba parang kailangan pang ipagtanggol ang pagkain ng kanin sa umaga? HAHAHA.

Rate my Filipino breakfast. Genius ba ako or cancelled na? 👀👇
