Designing a ceiling sculpture was probably the most fun I have had while renovating a bedroom. It's incredibly rewarding when you get beautiful pictures like these to look back on. Looking at the river reflecting in the sculpture is like true magic.

I can't wait for another chance to create my next sculptural project!

Are plants just everything you need to make your home nice?

The answer is probably Yes.

Unless your house looks like a rainforest already, you can probably elevate your space by adding a plant. Even a flower bucket makes any room feel special. 💐

It's the cozy nook time again. 📚☕🫖 The winter season has arrived and we are all for it. Spending the winter evenings reading a good book and drinking hot chocolate sounds like perfection to me.

What books are you guys reading these days? Any recommendations? I'm looking for interior books, sci fi and fantasy books to read this winter.

I'm celebrating 5 years of working as an Interior Designer and amazing friendships. 🥳 I've met incredible people along the way and I've had the privilege to work with amazing talents such as my photographer and who's helped me build my website and create a brand identity for my business. With their help I've been featured in an Icelandic interior magazine and got some great projects.

As a small business I rely heavily on my followers and friends to spread the word out of my growing business. So big thanks to all of you who have helped my business grow and recommended me to friends and family. It helps a lot and is the reason why I can stay in business.

Bringing nature into this modern flat in London was a must. A true mix of different wooden textures, natural stones and earthy colours balancing with each other created an incredible atmosphere. It was a true joy working with so many talented makers creating this unique space full of curious sculptures, art and furniture.

Do you have a fireplace in your homes? yay or nay?
We added both a fireplace to the living room space and the bedroom creating a very cozy home for the cold winter days.

Is this possibly my favourite tile?

I've used this tile in two projects and I'm still obsessed with it. I think it's the perfect mixture of natural stone effect and a modern look. With calming brown and grey tones with the fun turquoise to add a bit of boldness to it, it's just simply perfect.

Anyone disagree, DM me and we can schedule a debate about this.

🍂🍁🌾I recently realised that I love autumn colours.
I have always been a bright colours kind of a personality, playful and bright. However I also love cozy times and I simply can't understand why I was so anti browns and earthy tones for so long. I think I just found them boring and boring was possibly the worst thing I could imagine. However this year I am fully embracing the fact that I not only look great in autumnal colours but I also love designing with those tones of colour as well.
And no they aren't boring at all haha.

Do you like analysing colours by the seasons? 🍂💐☃️☀️

Atmospheric mood in the kitchen is the vibe right now. The autumn is here with all its dramatic colours on display, dark evenings and candle light.

The trick to a dark atmospheric kitchen is to not go black. We'd like to just hint at the black. You want to create the feeling of dark and moody without black. The natural feeling of wood veneer also helps bring life into the otherwise dark space making it a pleasure to cook in. Adding dynamic worktops or details can really bring the kitchen together as well.

Yeah, I think they will always be classic.

Nothing beats the feeling of a bright kitchen. It makes you feel lighter and ready to cook for the whole family.
