Trying to find the words to describe my lovely client's front room ... not a bit of white in sight! With her eye for interiors, we spent a bit of time deciding on the design of the curtain and the right fabric to work with the room. The curtains were the finishing touch, leaving the room so calm, you could sit there for hours. Love it ❤️

What a difference blinds make ...
a mini makeover at Chingford Cricket Clubhouse recently.

With the summer we've had, the cricket club desperately needed some screening from the sun. The old blackout blinds did just that 'black everything out'.

But these carefully selected semi-sheer rollers not only complimented the new paint decor, but they have helped diffuse the sunlight; still allow a view outside; and, allow a good level to light still to remain inside the clubhouse.

Without blocking out the light completely, or the view, these sheer roller blinds help diffuse the sunlight entering this room.

No longer blinded by the sun, you can get a controlled view of the outside during the day. The great thing about rollers is you can manage whether you want them part down, half down, or all the way down. The choice is yours after all

These beautiful wave curtains were lovingly made with a textured silky effect fabric from Villa Nova fabric and interlined to add some volume and blackout lined to control the light in this gorgeous North Chingford bedroom. Ceiling hung on a trusted wave track from Silent Gliss giving this whole bedroom a modern hotel living style

Loving this stunning velvet fabric. The metropole ceiling fixed track is the perfect host for these wave headed interlined curtains. The differing shades of white and creams against the greys and blacks offers a beautiful monotone palette. The tiny hints of bronzy gold detail in the background adds warmth to the pattern too. The splendour of the fabric only really shows when they curtains are drawn ❤️

Bedspreads for four-poster beds. Some vintage style, some new. Made to measure with love and attention to detail. This project was definitely a mammoth one. Fully-lined and interlined, piped edges, ruffled sides, contrasting trim detail, pillow-fold flap, curved and post-shaped corners. Cafe-style sheer curtains in the free flowing embroidered leaf fabric from provides the perfect amount of privacy at the front door, whilst allowing all the natural light to flow through and provide a lightbox effect to highlight this most beautiful trellis designed slub cloth. Gathered on the inside to provide a more traditional look in this conversation cottage in Stanmore. Love it.
