It’s quite a moment to see a product you’ve poured so much into actually being sold in a bricks and mortar shop 🥹😍 and with a display in the window too… we’re feeling grateful and proud 🙏🏻🥲

✨🎟️ Events Update 🎟️✨

Last month, we had a fabulous time at a local PTA Summer Fair 🎡😍 it was a windy day 💨 but blue tack and thread came in handy for securing our display 😅🙏🏻

Next month, we’re at Wanstead Festival 🤩🎠 come and see us on the 14th of September between 11am-6pm on Christchurch Green 👋🏻 fingers crossed for good weather ☀️🤞🏻

🩵🧘 REST 🧘🩵

In a world where everything is moving at what feels like a million miles per hour, finding time to switch off and rest is tough ⏳⏰ Resting is also often perceived as being lazy and wasting time 🗑️ But rest is the opposite - it’s essential for us to function well, both physically and mentally ⚡️🔋 Without rest, our health is negatively impacted in so many ways and we risk burnout ❤️‍🩹🪫

If you feel you need permission to rest, take this as your sign to do so 🪧 taking some time to stitch allows you a moment to block out the external noise and calm your mind, even if it’s only 10 minutes of peace ☕️💆 so why not stitch this affirmation and use it as a reminder once finished and displayed that rest is self-care, and you deserve it 💖🪡

☀️✨ HOPE ✨☀️

Let’s talk about hope 🙏🏻

In some of my darkest days of PND, a nurse from the local Perinatal Mental Health team said to me, “You still have hope that things will get better. You haven’t lost hope.” Those words were incredibly powerful and helped me immensely 💛 Dr. Judith Rich writes, “Hope is a match in a dark tunnel, a moment of light, just enough to reveal the path ahead and ultimately the way out.” I believe that hope is what keeps us going through the most difficult and painful challenges in life, and if I can help anyone cultivate hope through therapeutically stitching this kit and displaying it proudly as an affirmation to look at everyday, I will be forever grateful 🌟

My heart goes out to anyone struggling with their mental health and my DMs are always open if you want to talk 💌
