Our Sixa guest toilet has won a European Property Award 2026–2027 for Bathroom Design!

At Sixa in Bjørvika, Oslo, we were challenged to transform an existing traditional male-and-female toilet zone into a more inclusive guest toilet experience — one that felt part of the wider hospitality journey within a multi-use building.

“I want to be looked after when I’m on my own..and to feel safe, comfortable and nurtured by sound, scent, light and materials, while every detail is planned for hygiene, maintenance and longevity.…”

I look at it as making every moment count, and the obsession behind creating a guest journey `YOU FEEL´ from beginning till end.

One of our mantra says ”Every moment counts”..and todays moment feels extra special for me and my team, receiving an award for the project we designed at Sixa.

A big thank you to the project owner, first and foremost, for giving us the opportunity and believing in the concept from the very beginning. And an equally big thank you to the incredible craftsmen and builders who took on the challenge of turning “square” into organic forms — with skill, patience and precision.

What makes a room feel intimate before the first glass is poured?

For .pairingroom, the late 1960s provide the point of departure. Not as pastiche, but as a thread woven through how the room looks, operates and serves today’s guests.

Every surface plays a different role. Some absorb the light; others catch it. Together, they create a room that feels warm, seductive and slightly unexpected. A place for after-work glasses, weekend gatherings and everything that unfolds between.

Space..defined by precision, ritual and authority❕

A preview of .pairingroom project, a space that sets the pace and focus. A chamber of control and presence, inviting guests into a theatrical bar experience where w**e, ham and cheese take centre stage as part of the room’s scenography.

Eyes on Copenhagen ❕

Sculptural forms. Organic shapes. Unrefined surfaces. Reflections in mirror, glass and steel. The way hard materials can feel both raw and refined never stops inspiring me.

Every texture create a feeling in you..tells a story and so much more, even if its a residential or in this particular restaurant design we’ve crafted an interior experience inspired by the 1930’s maritime heritage and elegance.

Our approach starts with understanding our customers operations, their story, their vision..and from sketch to material and finish selections we immerse ourselves in how the space would work, feel and stir our senses!

From materials to lighting, service and operations’ everything works together to create a welcoming guest experience worth returning to again and again.

An upbeat place to dine and w**e in Bjørvika’ and a minute of escape from Oslo(ve)’ cheers 🍷!
